We want every Luverra order to feel worry-free. Here are the core rules for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery when the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Cosmetics and hygiene
For safety reasons, we cannot accept opened cosmetics, used products, or items with broken protective seals.
Damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos of the packaging and product so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund timing
Once the returned item is approved and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within the usual banking timeframe.
